Full Journal pdf1994-04-28 House Journal Page 3848 HB 294 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3818) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 294 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy." 1994-04-28 House Journal Page 3849 HB 294 and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 294(L&C) "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 294, thus adopting SCS HB 294(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 294?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 294(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
